When you place an order on Aquarium Hub, it is an offer by you to purchase a product or products for the specified price shown on the website at the time of the order and in accordance with these terms.
Aquarium Hub reserves the right to reject your offer to purchase for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, errors in pricing, insufficient stock, or unreachable delivery address. If this happens, Aquarium Hub may contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Warranty & Returns
We will always accept returns for damaged items, provided we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the item. Similarly, incorrectly sent items or defective items will be replaced at our cost.
You may be able to return your purchase from Aquarium Hub if you change your mind, but you must contact us first. We unfortunately cannot accept returns if:
- The product has been removed from the original packaging or the labels have been removed.
- The product has become dirty or damaged.
- The product contains food or medication.
- The product was purchased on sale or using a coupon code.
- You received the product more than 14 days ago.
You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product provided by our staff. The product will remain your responsibility during transit, and we do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
